morning books

Zoe really loves her books. I keep a selection of "sturdy" books within her reach and her other more "delicate" books are waiting for her to get a little older. She has reached a stage where she constantly brings me things all day long. She likes to hand you something, even if it is a partially chewed piece of slimy banana from her mouth, and then wait a few seconds until you give it back. Books, though, must be read immediately or a mini-tantrum ensues. This involves sitting on the floor so she can slowly turn around and plop down on my lap. Sometimes we read the same book over and over again and other times, like this, she just wants to see them all.
